Waaree Energies Ltd. has reported robust results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company showcased a sharp uptick in revenue, profit, and operational efficiency—further cementing its position as a leader in the renewable energy space.


🔍 Key Highlights: Q4 FY25 vs Q4 FY24


Revenue from Operations rose 36% YoY to ₹4,003.93 crore, up from ₹2,935.84 crore in Q4 FY24.


Total Income came in at ₹4,140.92 crore, compared to ₹3,007.44 crore last year.

EBITDA Margins remained resilient with strong cost controls across material and EPC project expenses.


Profit Before Tax soared to ₹845.64 crore, more than doubling from ₹366.38 crore in Q4 FY24.

Net Profit stood at ₹644.47 crore (vs ₹366.38 crore YoY).


EPS (Basic) grew to ₹21.59 from ₹17.93, reflecting strong value accretion for shareholders.

🧾 FY25 Full-Year Financial Performance


Revenue from operations for FY25 hit ₹14,444.50 crore, a notable jump from ₹10,210.00 crore in FY24.


Net Profit increased to ₹1,893 crore, up from ₹1,307 crore YoY.


EPS (Basic) for the year stood at ₹68.24, a strong growth over ₹47.56 in FY24.


Operating Efficiency: Despite a rise in scale, costs like employee benefits and finance remained under tight control, highlighting operational excellence.



💼 Balance Sheet Strengthening

As of March 31, 2025:


Total assets nearly doubled, led by:

Property, plant and equipment: ₹3,585 crore (vs ₹1,149 crore)


Capital work-in-progress: ₹1,883 crore (vs ₹1,341 crore)


Significant investments in manufacturing capacity reflect the company’s ambitious growth strategy in solar and clean energy segments.
